Hi there,

I am looking to sublet my room in Yorkville starting January 1.

Living Room & Kitchen

The apartment is very large with a big living room, complete with an exposed brick wall. It also has a full kitchen with an open floorplan connected to the living room.

Bedroom

The bedroom is the smaller of the two bedrooms in the apartment and is large enough to comfortably fit a queen sized bed. The room is also in the back of the building, away from the street, so it is very quiet at night. The room also includes a fair amount of extra storage space that I split with my roommate.

Building & Amenities

The apartment building is a well-maintained brownstone with a washer and a dryer in the basement, and the apartment is only a 2nd floor walk-up.

Location

For commuting, the building is within easy walking distance of both the Q train at 86th and 2nd and the 456 trains at 86th and Lex. It is also a block away from Carl Schurz Park along the East River and a ~15-20 minute walk to Central Park.

Roommate

My roommate also plans on staying in the apartment through the end of the lease on August 30. He is a professional working in tech in his late 20s, who has always been quiet and keeps the apartment clean.
