I'll be moving around March, to start a one-year makeup program.
I'm from Venezuela, but I'm living in Costa Rica.
I would like to spend around $1000 monthly

as for hobbies, I like to visit new places, meet people, eat, watch Netflix, do my friend's makeup, go to the movies, party (almost never), be with my cat (that am not taking with me :( ) and stuff like that.
