I’m looking for a new roommate...due to a family emergency My old roommate is moving out of my apartment. It is a big 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in an awesome location, North of Wilshire, on 5th Street, between Washington and Idaho - 5 blocks to the beach!! This is available August 1, 2018 (flexible a few days).

The room is pretty big and comes with a closet as well as a hall closet. The private full bathroom is outside of the bedroom but it is exclusively yours and the other roommate or her guests will never use it. The apartment has hardwood floors and is spacious. The complex is a well maintained garden style building.

Rent is $1,400 and utilities usually come out to about $50 (internet, gas and electricity. We do not have cable so if you would like that you can add it at your expense). No private parking - there is ample street permit parking. There is a washer and dryer in the building.

About you: Please be a working professional. You are required to get on the lease so therefore you will need a stable job and credit score of above 650. Please just be tidy and responsible.
