We are both writers with jobs in entertainment. When we're at home, we love to hang out and watch movies, cook, and just relax with our cat. We have a lot of friends in the neighborhood, and we love hanging out in Prospect Park during nice weather.

We're looking for a new housemate to share our amazing Prospect Heights apartment!
We have a very large and spacious studio-sized bedroom available (roughly 15x15) in our sprawling pre-war apartment that we've enjoyed living in for almost ten years.
The building: doorman 24/7; laundry in the basement; beautiful lobby, etc. The cost of all utilities (including high-speed Internet) is included in the rent amount.
Us: gay male couple with a cat; ages 34 and 43 (the cat is 7). We're both writers. I also work at NYU, and my partner runs an entertainment magazine. We love hanging out, cooking dinner and watching movies when we're at home, and we (very) occasionally host small dinner parties. 420 friendly.
The neighborhood: Simply put, the neighborhood is amazing. Everything you would ever need is available steps from the front door -- restaurants, bars, shopping, cafes. Also, the Brooklyn Museum and the entrance to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden are both right across the street, and the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library is just down the block at Grand Army Plaza.
Our current housemate is moving to DC, so the room is available beginning March 24th, with a sublease agreement to begin on April 1st. First month and security deposit of one month's rent required to secure the room.
