Looking for someone to take over the apartment as I am bi-coastal and will not be there for most of the year. I will be using the smaller second room once and a while when I fly back in. It is a fully furnished apartment. You will have your own private master ensuite bedroom and 2 bathrooms in this gorgeous, specious, 16 ft ceilings apt with a real working fire place that's just steps from the UN. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Doorman and elevator building. You will have access to everything except the small office second bedroom that I will use when I come back into town. I will be gone for most of the time. The bedroom walls go up to 13ft because the lovely spacious ceilings and arc of the 16 ft ceilings. This apartment is in the center of the city. Great restaurants all around. The UN is across the street. This is a doorman elevator building. Grand central station is 3 blocks away with access to all trains and subway to get you anywhere in the city, the outer burrows, Connecticut,upstate New York Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey. The M15 bus pick up and drop off is across the street which will take you up and down the east side and into the village. The Hampton jitney is also a block away. AC is there for the summer months.$3400 includes amenities. No smoking pls.
