I'm moving out of this beautiful neighborhood/apartment to live closer to my family and I'm looking for a subleassee to take over my room! It's a 3 bedroom apartment and the 2nd room will also be empty beginning November 1st, so if you are interested in moving with a friend, it's negotiable!
Our apartment is an 8 minute walk from the L train (Jefferson Stop), which is filled with trendy bars, restaurants and cafe's such as the house of yes, seawolf, variety cafe, artichoke basille and so much more! It's a 15 minute subway ride to union square 14th st.
Our apartment was fully renovated last September, so all appliances are brand new. The apartment comes with cool features like:
-Bluetooth speaker in ceiling
-rooftop access with a gorgeous view of manhattan
-a virtual doorman
-washer/dryer in building
-central AC
Due to the speaker system, the rooms and apartments in our building are soundproof. Our neighbors are all working professionals like us who are friendly, respectful and keeps to themselves.
