I am an accountant just starting my career in the city. It's a typical 9-5 gig at a startup. I'm also a musician. I will play guitar almost daily, but at low and respectable volumes, in my room. I like jazz/R&B as well as hip-hop music. I am VERY clean and like to keep common spaces relatively neat. I do like to go out on weekends and may occasionally have guests. I like to travel, watch Hulu/Netflix, and go to the gym. I am looking for a youthful, but responsible roommate (or two) who I can get along with as well. I'd prefer someone in my age range of early to mid twenties who is also a young professional with a liberal/open-minded attitude.

I'm ultimately looking for a chill roomie who will have a wine Wednesday and sing Whitney Houston with me.
