Spacious Bedroom with Great Roommate, Two Closets, Two Windows - Half a Block from Q Train

Hi!

My awesome roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so her room is available starting August 1st. It's a spacious room with two windows and two large closets. Shared bathroom, kitchen and dining space. My current roommate is leaving a set of drawers, but the room is otherwise unfurnished. The bathroom is recently re-painted and the kitchen has nice natural light facing 86th St.

I've lived in this apartment for three years, and it's an amazing neighborhood, less than half a block from the new Q Train station on 86th street and three avenues away from the 4/5/6 Train station on 86th. I am very pet friendly, though I do not have any of my own, and the building allows dogs. The landlord and super are both incredibly attentive and there's an elevator in the building (which makes moving in a whole lot easier).

I pay for wifi, so the only other monthly expense is the Con-Ed bill, which tends to be pretty minimal and we split.

Ideal move-in date would be August 1st, but could be mid-August and pay half month's rent as well. Could even potentially move in September 1st if necessary, but we could discuss further.
