Large Furnished Room in Sunny Apt -- Washer/Dryer in Unit

ROOM:
I am renting one room in my two-bedroom Bushwick apartment starting August 1st. The room available for rent is 15 x 11 and furnished, including a very comfortable full size bed. The room also includes a large dresser, a desk and some closet space, so there is plenty of storage. The two large windows let in a lot of sunlight; however, the lined curtains keep the room very dark at night. One window does face the fire escape, but the gate and lock keep the room very safe. There is also a window ac unit in the room (installed after the picture) that keeps the room very cool. I can provide bedding and towels if you need them. There are large windows throughout the apartment letting in a lot of natural sunlight. Also the room does not face the street so it is very quiet.

APARTMENT:
The living room and kitchen are very large and the bathroom has a large shower and bathtub. The kitchen is newly remodeled and now includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher!!

The apartment is one block from the J train allowing for very easy access to Williamsburg (10 minutes) and Lower Manhattan (20 minutes). There is a Walgreens, Post Office, Laundromat, and a few grocery stores very close to the apartment.
