I am looking for someone to take over my room (16’ x 10’6”) in a huge 3BD/2BR apartment (1,450 ft²) in December or early January. The place is amazing but I am leaving as I am moving out with my partner.

Building is on 54th and 1st. It is close to Subway (E/M/6), Wholefood, Equinox, etc.
The two other roommates are in their late twenties/early thirties and work in Finance (both have MBA).

Gross monthly rent is currently set at $2000 (I am also passing 50% of a free month, net rent is 1833 for the first six months), I am also willing to sell some of my furnitures (optional).
