I am 37 yr old professional, originally from the Caribbean. I have an MBA and I work for a Los Angeles based bank. I do not smoke or do any drugs, I drink socially on occasions and is currently starting to workout often. I am a huge sports fan (Soccer, Basketball, football)

I am currently deciding where I want to be and what I want to do with my life so I am looking for a roommate(s) to get an apartment/Condo/town-home/ or one together.

I am straight male and is currently dating someone so it will have to be OK for her to come by every now and then since she lives far and spend the occasional night over.

Gender doesn't matter, I would like someone that is clean, picks up after themselves, respect common areas and pay agreed upon bills on time.

I would also prefer to have my own bathroom if that's an option. I am sure that there are other things than we can discuss if we agree to do this, our place should be somewhere that we both look forward too coming home too
