The apartment is located less than a block away from Central Park and has a Starbucks on our corner and a NYSC gym across the street. We are located less than 2 blocks from the 1,2,3 subway lines and around the corner from the B,C lines. The neighborhood is quiet, but has plenty of small bars and restaurants to explore (we love our corner wine bar!) and has Trader Joes, Pioneer, and Fairway grocery stores nearby.
I have a small dog named Louie (Papillon) and a kitten named Maybe (Calico) they are very sweet and quiet and love all animal lovers!
My roommate and I are both from the south, we love to watch Bachelor and most Shonda Rhimes shows together and chat over a glass of wine some evenings we’d love to have you join us for, but no pressure if you prefer to do your own thing :)

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom split level walk up with exposed brick and a very open layout. We share 1 bathroom. The room available is a one bedroom. It has a large closet, room for a queen sized bed and a large storage loft.
