Hi. I'm Andre and I am a 55 year old African American film student from Los Angeles. Looking for a room to rent near the school in South Beach. Price range is $700-$1000. I am also a Veteran of both the U.S. Army and Marine Corps with compensation from the VA of $2973 a month as well as $1700 a month from Amazon. I'm looking to have my own room (furnished) with utilities and cable included, as well as a parking area. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others privacy. I'm also a medical marijuana patient. Semester star in September 2018 and I will be leaving for Los Angeles around the beginning of September 2019, for the following semester in Los Angeles.
