I have been living in a studio apartment in a very nice building in Kew Gardens Hills for almost 8 years. I work in the financial district and the commute is 1 1/2 hours each way. I am a paralegal with 20 years of experience who has been with one of the best personal injury/wrongful death/medical malpractice law firms in the country for close to 6 years. I would like to rent a room in a good building. A private bathroom is essential, as well as a kitchen with good appliances including a dishwasher. I have the cooking and eating equipment I need and I am willing to share. I am an avid 420 aficionado. I do not use tobacco and I am a very light alcohol drinker - I drink very rarely. I am a gay male, 59 years of age. I can pay $2000 monthly including electricity, cable and internet.
