Lived in NYC for the past 2 years, absolutely love the financial district. I've been flexing, and for the flex room in my new building with all the renovations they've been doing I am paying WAY too much. I work 9am-6:30pm or so, and am usually out and about on the weekends :) Love to work out, hang out with friends, meet new people, and enjoy the city! I'm usually pretty low key during the week, love to work out and watch the Bachelor or Netflix. I occasionally love to host a good pregame, girls night in, or anything of the sort but I'm not one to "bring the party home with me" I get along with pretty much anyone, I have a great group of friends here and obviously would love to get along with my roommate and hang out, but I'm not solely reliant on my roommates for social activity. I'm very clean in the kitchen/bathroom, very outgoing, and get along with about anyone.
