Looking for 3 roommates to sign a 1-year lease with me in a FiDi luxury building, starting April 1st with earlier move-in possible.

Need to fill the rooms ASAP so we can sign the lease, get the walls installed, and move in this weekend!

Room prices:
Room 2: $1625
Room 3: $1275
Room 4: $1235

Utilities/internet will be an additional ~$80- $100/month.

Move-In Cost:
- First month's rent
- $525 for building and admin fees
- 10% broker fee (each person pays 10% of their room's annual rent)

Room 2 is a real bedroom, Rooms 3 and 4 will be flex rooms.
Each room has a personal AC/Heating unit and windows.
The 3 rooms share a bathroom.
Washer/Dryer in the unit, kitchen with brand new appliances, and small living room space.

Building Amenities:
- Free Gym in the building
- Doorman and valet for packages
- Dry cleaning and laundry service available
- Rooftop sundeck and outdoor basketball court

I previously lived in this building for 3 years (in a unit with the same floorplan). I moved out to be closer to work, but after a year I've missed it and hope to move back!
