I'm looking for a roommate who values the same qualities that I do:
Being a team player, rational and considerate of each other, willing to work together while being friendly and good communication.
Pay bills on time, with a good ctredit score. Mine is 771.
Clean up after ourselves daily.
I don't do drugs or have children/pets.
Peaceful environment. Phone calls and your music can be played in your room or wear headphones in common areas. Unless otherwise discussed & agreed on.
I like to take my shoes off when I enter my home, so I can walk around barefoot on clean floors.
Holiday or Super Bowl parties are ok.
No problem with guests over, as long as they respect our home environment/rules.
If they're over more than 2x per week they can pitch in for bills.
I'd like to meet up several times before deciding to move in together.
I may be willing to move earlier if I find a good deal with someone I like.
I will need to make a decision by 11/15/17 to submit my 30 day notice.
