Trader Joe's is a three minute walk from the apartment; Target is a five minute walk from the apartment; North Berkeley restaurants are a seven minute walk from the apartment while budget-friendly restaurants are scattered throughout a 500 meter radius around the apartment. Classes are extremely close, and neighboring dorms are accessible by walk too.

The apartment is entirely furnished. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with your two other roommates.

You will have your own personal room AND personal balcony, accessible from your room. The room has a bed, closet, desk, monitor, wardrobe, and a bookshelf. Your balcony is furnished with an outdoor-couch and a table set. You can study in balcony in the evening sunset, with the Golden Gate bridge in plain sight.
