Wonderful two-bed apartment located in the heart of the East Village (6th St between 2nd and 3rd).
The apartment is on one of the higher floors and is south facing - so you get a lot of light.
The room for rent is spacious (currently with a queen bed), with a large closest, its own en-suite bathroom and an A/C unit. The bedroom can come with or without furniture (negotiable).
The living area includes a large TV, sofa (with a sofa bed), table, chairs etc. There is also another shared-large cupboard in the living room.
The kitchen is spacious and comes with the general crockery, kettle, pots and pans, dishwasher etc.
