Room available in a 3 bedroom, 1.5-bath house in a quiet, convenient Queens community. Close to multiple modes of transit (5m to J/Z, 10ish to E/F or LIRR, & smack between LGA and JFK airports), with a variety of typical neighborhood food spots and stores.
House has:
• private unfurnished bedroom (with actual door),
• working kitchen appliances and bathroom plumbing,
• on-site laundry,
• nice back porch and yard, and
• an attentive and responsive landlord.
Looking for responsible, working, easy-going type. MUST be respectful of the space (interior cleanliness and community friendly) and considerate of housemates (& humans, in general) in ALL aspects of sharing a space (noise, guests, maintenance, order, etc.)
