Hey all!

I'm looking for somebody to take over my roommate's spot on the lease starting January 1, 2018. Rent and utilities split down the middle. Rent is $1,335. Utilities typically run about $75/month.

This is one bedroom in a spacious 2BR/1br in Bushwick. Two elevators, Hardwood floors, new appliances, and plenty of space. Central heat/air, laundry in the building, parking available in adjacent lots. The room is bright and well-lit, and has big windows with an amazing view of the skyline. Plenty of closet space. Shared kitchen and bathroom. I have lots of kitchen stuff and you're welcome to use it. There's a dishwasher, too. One cat who thinks he owns the place and is easily rendered helpless by treats.

New building, two blocks from Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M trains and three blocks from a grocery store. Lots of fun bars in the neighborhood as well. The neighborhood can be a little lively in the evenings, but its safe and affordable.

My ideal roommate is mature, easygoing, and considerate. I'm a law student so I would hope for someone who is respectful of noise/activity after 10PM.
