Couple of people are moving out from our place (4 Bedroom, 2 Bath house on the top of a 2 story house), so we have several spots available on July 1st located in Inner Sunset near by a great location, with a parking spot & an in-house washer & dryer. You'd be sharing a bathroom with another person.
Lots of things near by:
- There are two bus stops on our block, both serviced by the 7X & 7 & 4 blocks away from a N-Judah MUNI Stop.
- A Safeway & Walgreens nearby! (about 5 minute walk to Walgreens, 10 min to Safeway. Both on route of the 7 that stops by our place)
- 15 minutes away & on-route of the 7 & N, is Irving Street, full of great restaurants!
- A few more restaurants in 2 block radius.
The household is pretty quiet place. No parties, no drugs/smoking, no pets.
Price: $1175 for smaller bedroom & $1250 for larger one. Utilities not included, common area mostly unfurnished, room will be unfurnished. Landlord requires lease signing in before May 19th.
