Seeking Roommate 2bd/2ba Starting Nov 1 (possibly flex Oct 1)

Hey there! I'm seeking a roommate to fill by Nov 1 and possibly may be flexible to move in on Oct 1. You will have your own room, bathroom, and parking space.

Location: Conveniently next to 101 off the Hillsdale exit. Neighborhood is next to Marina supermarket and Dennys. Borderline Foster City and grocery stores are super close! Whole foods, Safeway etc.

Rent is 1375 (not including PGE and Internet). Internet is a flat fee of $20/month for your half and PGE is dependant on usage (bill has averaged about $11/per person/per month). There is a deposit of $750. No credit check as I have been living here for the past year and a half. I just need to notify the landlord that someone else is moving in to fill the other half of rent.

About you/What I'm looking for: Cleans up after yourself, respectful of common space. Guest are allowed (just give the courtesy to let me know you are having company please). No parties, no drugs. 420 friendly in your own room :)
Working professional. College students may be considered.
