I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF PAINTING the place and replacing the furniture. So what you see will look nicer when you move in.
Santa Monica is the most expensive city in the US to live in. We are 10 min walk to the sand( 3 miles away and you're in west LA). 100 yards from the first stop on the Expo train to the beach, which traverses all of Los Angeles without traffic, and have 2 garage spots. There is also permit parking
so if you have a friend over they will always have street parking. The neighborhood is building luxury condos left and right and will be amazing and extremely expensive by
next year. Month to month, I won't raise your rent unless taxes go up, and not without notice. I need 1 months notice to leave if you can, and I will give you 2 months if things aren't working out. Place is furnished, except a bed for yo. Your room can be partially furnished if needed. I have lights entertainment center and a curved monitor with arm to watch tv or video games in bed completely wired. Huge closet and full length mirrors. Storage areas in garage area. This will be a flat rate utilities included ... everything . Water, electricity, Fiber optic internet 150mbps, and ultimate TV package from fios, and a cleaning service once a month. I'm up early and love my 4K tv in the living room but I'm a social guy, a contracted cinematographer. Biggest must!!!!! Must love dogs. I have a 10 year old half German Sheppard half black lab, and not only is he very friendly, will want to sleep in your bed when I leave cuz he's lonely, and will be super protective of you as part of our pack. He is my best friend, and is treated as such. Loves to play.
I love walking distance from Santa Monica college and there are hulu bikes around the corner st the expo line that will expedite you if you're a student.
Just have a good job and be normal and nice, that's really all I want. Check is due on the 1rst to me, and I'm your super/manager/landlord and will take care of any issues. Security deposit is 750. I'm willing to let you pay it off in installments if needed, But I'm just asking for your 750. My next door neighbors are my best friends and we go in and out of apt with a knock and come in so if that's a problem I'll tell them. Ideally you are mid 20s -early 30s m/f I don't care. If rent isn't paid on first , you will have until the 5th before a penalty is applied of 10%, but I don't expect to have to do that. I'm very easy going, just a creative type with a dog, and I like to repurpose wood and furniture.
