Room for rent in Simi Valley in the Spring Time Condo Community. Upstairs unit, room is approximately 70 square ft., with access to kitchen, living room, laundry room, covered garage parking (1 spot), shared restroom and community pool/spa.
Sorry, no pets (no allergies to cats) and no smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. Must be gay friendly.
Rent is $1050 per month (due on the first of every month). Rent includes the following utilities: gas, electric, cable, water, trash and sewer. With a refundable $1000 security deposit (cashier’s check/cash), $250 is non-refundable (remaining is refundable) dependent upon condition of room and/or condo.
