I am looking for roommates!

I found a 3bd / 1ba home available for rent in downtown San Mateo, a short walk to the cal train station. I am hoping to find two roommates to fill the other rooms. The house is currently unfurnished, but I have a few things (dinning room table, a few chairs, grill) to add. The move in date would be ASAP to sign a one year lease. Washer and dryer in unit and there is plenty of parking space! The rent is $1300 per month per person plus utilities.

About me: I am a young professional in my 20s who works in San Mateo. I like to play soccer, go on hikes, and read.
