Kelsey R - $900/month

My roommate and I are looking to fill the third room in our Bushwick apartment. The entire bedroom space is 212 square feet with its own private full-bathroom, walk-in closet and big window with natural lighting. The rent for this room is $1200 (with a $1200 deposit) without utilities (which run ~$100/month). The move-in date is September 1.
We are two down-to-earth, clean and easy-going roommates in our mid-twenties going into the 2nd year on our lease. Hannah is a Pratt-grad working as an illustrator, Kelsey is a Minnesota-native working in women's health technology.
The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors throughout and has a very open-feel. The kitchen is furnished with a stainless steel stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and all of the common-areas are furnished as well (though - we welcome any bits and pieces you might have to make it feel like your own!). We also have lots of common-area closets! We are within walking distance to bars, restaurants, laundromats, delis, thrift stores, grocery stores and hardware store. We are located on Wilson Ave., the Myrtyle-Wyckoff L/M stop is a 10 minute walk and Gates J/Z stop is a 15 minute walk, AND the B60 stop is right outside our door.
