Hey I'm Kara!

Excited to make the move up from San Diego to San Francisco early next year and am looking for a cool person(s) to live with.

I'm organized, easy-going, social, and hard working, and very neat. I love to contribute in any way I can to keep a harmonious and high-spirited, inspiring living environment. With that being said, I am also a pretty independent chick and value my alone time as well; keeps me balanced!

I'm going to be spending September-January working in the U.K. for a start up hospitality company and hope to make the move up North to San Francisco sometime in early 2018; I'm looking at February and maybe even March if necessary, depending on housing opportunities. While I have a ton of friends who are in S.F., I think it's important to live with some cool people to help integrate one into a new city; though I do respect that fact that being roommates does not necessarily mean we will be attached at the hip or anything.

I don't have any pets of my own (sadly) but I love animals; no allergies, love both cats and dogs, even a fish if you've got one.

I'm a pescatarian, meaning I am vegan with the exception of fish because I just love sushi so damn much. Don't worry- I have absolutely no problem with carnivores, respect my lifestyle and I'll respect yours. Rest assured I will never give you a pretentious "vegan lecture" while condescendingly eyeballing you eat a steak. I value my health, I'm a runner, but when it comes to Thai or Mexican food, don't tempt me with a good time.
