I'm an active disabled individual looking for a roommate who is also willing to provide assistance during the evenings and weekends in exchanged for reduced rent ($700) and basic utilities paid. I employ two caregivers who do all of the "heavy lifting" and help maintain my home. I'm really self sufficient, but do need help with things. Ie. Assistance with dinner and helping me into my lift and getting into bed. Maybe help setting me on my laptop, or grabbing a drink.

I own my home and currently building a new home. Estimated completion is late Feb 2018 in the Mustang Park neighborhood in Carrollton, TX.
