Beautiful, Sunny, Large Room in Park Slope

Hi there! My current roommate's visa is expiring, so I'm looking for a roommate to join me on the lease starting August 1, 2018.

This is a GEM of an apartment. The space comes with amazing sunlight (room is south-facing), hardwood floors, laundry in the basement, and a rooftop that's perfect in the summertime. We are well located just a few blocks away from Prospect Park, with easy access to the F, G, and R trains. Rent is $1317 per month, plus utilities. This is a non-smoking space. Sorry, no pets.

I value keeping my home VERY clean and tidy and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who shares these preferences. As a roommate, I prefer to communicate directly and with kindness. Also, given that this is an intimate space with one bathroom, we are looking to live with someone who would not have live-in partners and who is thoughtful and communicative regarding overnight guests.

Please note that in order to move in, you would need to sign on to the lease as a co-lease-holder, and this would require an application, credit check, income check and/or guarantor approval by the landlord.
