Both of my roommates are moving out at the end of our lease (one to travel and one wants to live solo) so am looking for 2 new ones starting sept 1! It's a beautiful apartment that has been newly renovated with high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors. Apartment has a lot of great features including an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, and our own private rooftop patio!
We're on the top floor of a 5 story walk-up, but after the first week you get used to it. My roommates will be taking their own bedroom furniture and some communal items with them like the TV and some small kitchen stuff so am definitely open to adding / redecorating the place a bit. I'm also getting a new grey sectional couch in a month so the small red one in the pictures will be gone.
Photos are of my room, but they're all similar sizes and all have large closets. We each have an additional storage crawl space in the apartment.
