I'm looking to rent one bedroom with private bath in my current 3 bed flex 2 bath apartment at city point.

The available bedroom is as follows.

Room 1 - True bed. Dimension around 14x10. It has a private bath not attached to room. The bath is outside.
The room rent is $2075

If you prefer we can flex the living room into a bedroom where your bath will be shared. The rent will be $1250 for flex and $1400 for your room.

Room 2 - flex bed in living room. Dimension around 13×11 with two large windows. Best view in apartment. Can use book shelves or temporary divider to separate room. The management does allow permanant walls if required but a space must be left from ceiling. Rent is $1250

This is a high rise building apartment. The building has a lounge, roof top, free gym, movie screening room and so much more. Heat and gas is included. Internet and electricity is extra. The Q,B trains are right under the building and A,C,F,R are 5 min away. City point mall is adjacent to the building which has several restaurants, Alamo cinemas, trader Joe's and more.
