Looking for a new roommate to resign the lease of my current 2bd 1 bath apartment. I've lived here for almost two years and absolutely love it.

Move In Mid August-Sept 1st (dates flexible)
Located at 91st and 2nd Ave right near the 96th St Q. 4/5/6 are a 10 minute walk. Close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and Carl Schurz park.

Room available is the smaller of the two. It has a window and comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. Common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen.

25 year old female, works 9-6 in marketing, vibrant social life but rarely bring the party home.

In your 20s with a stable job making at least 50k/year
Good credit and a guarantor
Chill and easy going
