For higher rent I wonder if you would consider a man and wife, couple.
My wife grosses $55,000.
My social security is $624 X 12 = $7,488
Total: $62,488
($5,166 per month)

But I also earn, in cash not deposited, between $750-3,000 a month in my other work.

My wife works full time and I am outside the house most days.
I would sign the lease probably and my credit score from Sept. 13th 2017 is attached. (743 both Equifax and Transunion)

I am retired but have little jobs I do and am out in the car almost every day.
My wife works full time in Marina del Rey. She, 54, is the Senior Bookkeeper at a major construction company.

We are serious adults, married with 2 grown children.
Our son is in NYC and rarely visits, our daughter lives in Hollywood but we rarely see her as she has a live-in boyfriend.
No drugs, no smoking, very moderate drinking.
We have no pets and never will although we love them and wouldn't mind yours if you have.
