Looking for a housemate to fill a vacant room in a 4 bedroom townhouse/duplex.
Stunning location with ample access to outdoor recreation. Baker Beach is across the street, 24 miles of trails accessible via backyard, climbing gym nearby.
We have a spare mattress to get you started. In-house washer, dryer, and wifi. Parking is $50 a month. Free, direct shuttle downtown runs every half hour and is 45 minutes one way. Open to discuss sub-letting arrangements (e.g. 3 or 6 month agreements).
