I have lived here for nearly a year and feel lucky to call this place home. My roommate has left for Art School in London and I’m looking to stay for another year w/ a new roommate.

The building is extremely well-maintained (seriously, it’s spotless) and modern. Perfectly located for a commuter to the west side or valley since the building is around the corner from the 101. Also great for those who prefer this side of town, for example, it’s just a 2 minute drive to sunset junction or 8 minutes to the downtown Whole Foods. Amenities include:

- two landscaped “zen garden” courtyards w/ seating, waterfall, fire pits & grilling pavilions
- fitness facility w/ tenant controlled sound system

The building isn’t a massive chain w/ excessive amenities. It’s a one of the kind place that feels creative, secure and luxurious. Occasionally, the management hosts catered gatherings/BBQs in the courtyard for residents. Residents are professional, polite and quiet. I’ve never had any issue or disturbance. Ever.

My apartment is a corner unit on the top floor (fourth) with only one shared wall. The whole building is sound-proofed. It’s crazy quiet. I’ve never heard a peep.

It honestly has everything you could ask for in LA, which is why I am dying to stay here.

I’m looking for someone compatible and trustworthy as I’m more than happy to share my kitchen/cooking supplies, wall-mounted 4K TV w/ access to my Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, DirecTV accounts.

About me: I work full-time for an athlesiure brand. I typically work weekends w/ 2 weekdays off and enjoy a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle.

Yogi (primarily outside the apartment). Lover of quad-shot lattes. My chemex is my best friend. Early-riser... with occassional night owl tendencies. Professional attire in my field includes leggings & sneakers. Low-key nerd. Political junkie. Accepting of all. Loves to come home to a clean, pretty and (mostly) organized space. Pretty handy around the apartment. Typically cooks 1 meal/day. My vices are pretty basic; TV marathons and the occasional Postmates delivery on my days off.

MUST LOVE CATS! I have a 2 year old, small, short-hair, black kitty. She’s not a shedder, but still I have special kitty vacuums and air-filters to keep it super clean. Her hobbies include hunting hawks from the window and napping in the sun.
