Tyra S - $800/month

I'm a little messy but I usually keep the mess to myself and my room. I don't mind that much noise. The only time I may need absolute silence would be during finals. I am a decent cook. There are a few things that I am really could at making. I can also bake pretty decently. I don't mind cooking for two people occasionally. I wouldn't invite that many people over and in the off chance that I do, I would always inform you before. I am a non smoker and I don't mind pets (although I prefer cats over dogs).

I can't actually come see the apartment in person at the moment. My parents work overseas for the US government and I am staying with them for the summer. I am a student and for now my parents will be paying for my share of the apartment (so I'm definitely good for the rent).
