Hi, I just want to start off by saying that I am posting for both myself and my boyfriend. We are looking to move into an apartment that's a little more spacious than our current set up and closer to where our work/school is. I am currently working in retail to pay my way through medical school. My boyfriend is a freelancing video editor/photographer who also works a retail job.

We are both very tidy, amicable, and great cooks! ;) We are not expecting to instantly be best friends with a roommate, but we do appreciate a healthy amount of communication and respect. And if we do become best friends, well that's just a bonus :)

We are very flexible with timing at the moment. We absolutely would love to move into a new apartment by this time next year but anytime sooner is also great. If we find the perfect place we could even be ready to move in the very next day. But, for now, we are in no rush to find that perfect place.
