Victoria O - $900/month

Hey, my name is Vic and my boyfriend are looking for a place to move into together. We are currently living in Connecticut and I pretty much hate it, so I want to move back to NY. I have to commute to Stamford for work so I'd like to be in a safe area of upper Queens or the Bronx.

We have no pets (although we would like one someday!), we do not smoke, drink, or do drugs, and we are not party people. We mostly keep to ourselves. We are LGBTQ friendly and lean more toward a liberal social belief. We both play a lot of video games and like to watch movies and cartoons. We are not too active but we do like to go out during the day sometimes on weekends. I work full time during the day Mon-Fri (I usually work overtime), boyfriend works part time. Ideally looking for a roommate who is quiet during night time hours.

We are clean and respect other people's spaces/privacy. If there is ever a mess, I keep it to my own room. We are good about cleaning up after ourselves and would like a roommate who is willing to do the same. It would be cool if we could get along with our roommate, but we do not have to be best friends or anything. Just mutual respect of others' belongings and understanding personal space is enough.

It seems like a lot of people dislike the idea of living with a couple, but I can assure you we are extremely respectful, quiet people who just want a place to call home in NYC.

**I put our move in date as January because that's technically when our lease is up, but if I can notify the landlord 2 months in advance, I can propose a more recent move-in date.
