Rosey W - $900/month

I've got a full time job in Venice, but live in North Hollywood and it's turned into too much -- too much driving that is ;) I'm looking to move towards work, so essentially the West side. My current commute is an hour and a half each way -- I'm thinking 45 minutes would be the max I want to go on commute after this.

I'm looking for someone about my age/life stage to move into an apartment we find together. Solid job, track record of paying bills on time, willing to have frank and open communication like adults.

I have a cat, Ari, who could live with another cat, and possibly a dog, but we'd have to see (I've seen her around other cats, never seen her with a dog). All her responsibilities would be mine, of course.

I'd probably be a great roommate for someone moving from out of town because I have a ton of big apartment furniture (couch, table, kitchen supplies etc) because currently I live alone.

I'm pretty chill about most things -- though I don't think I could live with someone who smokes often (cigarettes or pot, it's your body, I don't mind if you do it, I just don't like the smell). I'm fine with alcohol, I make a killer cocktail, but don't drink that often.

I'm fine with someone who wants to be friends, but also fine with someone who just wants someone to split bills with.
