LA native moved to the city for grad school and I also work part time at a development VC firm. I’m looking for a roommate(s) or a long term sublease, preferably in lower Manhattan (west side) -West Village, TriBeCa, Soho or Fidi nothing too far east say past Lafayette street but open to Gramercy/Flatiron and in a renovated building esp with laundry (a must)!

I’m super clean + organized , fine with 420 , I pitch in whether it means tidying up the common areas or splitting the bill for cleaning. I usually am up by 10 am I workout/run errands midday. I am a respectful person, I enjoy dinners out with friends and drinks so I’m usually out pretty late. I rarely cook but i appreciate a clean kitchen, I also enjoy going out but I don’t bring the party home. Just hoping to room with fun people with good vibes that will bring for a zen environment to the place we call home.
