Athena P - $1,300/month

I am an unattached PhD student at New York University with a yearly income/stipend with a fancy espresso machine (and bean grinder) looking to move August 1, 2018. Although I am a sociably quiet roommate, I also work regularly outside of the apartment in the afternoon and travel frequently on weekends. In my free time, I like to run long distances (training for that marathon!) and to cook (I run to eat!), to go read in the park or to go out for happy hour with friends.
