Hello everybody!
Im looking for a roommate, for a May 1st move in.

------ABOUT ME:
I am a 30 year old Videographer/Artist/Photographer, I spend a lot of my time quietly sitting in front of my computer in headphones. I don't cook very often (breakfast sometimes). So I won't be in the kitchen very often. I usually keep to myself and keep my door closed.
It is very rare for me to have people come over, I usually go out to see friends.
I was born in Latvia (near Finland) but have lived in NY since I was a child. I come from a great family (they all live in Florida).
I am very friendly and clean haha.

------THE ROOM AND SURROUNDING AREA:
Its located in a very safe area 3 blocks from a police station.
It is a few blocks from the ocean walkway with a beautiful view of the Verrazano Bridge
(perfect for running or Biking).
10 minute ride to Bay Ridge and a 35 minute ride to the city.

------SHOPS AND OTHER THINGS:
- Keyfood Supermarket or Netcost Market for all of your food shopping needs (1 block away).
- 24 hour Laundry (2 blocks away).
- Grocery store (same block on the corner).
- Hardware store (1 block away).
- 86th street (3 blocks) is filled with clothing shops, electronic shops, restaurants and all kinds of little stores where you can pretty much buy anything you would ever need.
- Caesars Bay Mall (15 minute walk) : Best Buy, Toys R Us, Kohls, 5 Guys Burgers, Models, Starbucks, Wendy's.
- Lots of Chinese/Pizza/Sushi places within 3 blocks of the apartment.
- Bally Fitness, Planet Fitness, New York Sports Club (10 minute walk).

------TRAINS:
D train (3 Blocks away)
You can take the D train 5 stops to Stillwell Ave to transfer to the: N,Q or F lines.
You can also take the D train 20 minutes to Atlantic Ave and transfer to the: 2,3,4,5,B,Q,R,N, lines.

------MORE INFO:
You can paint the walls or do anything to any room in the house (except for my room).
The water pressure is very good and there is always hot water.
There are no neighbors above or below so it is very quiet in the apartment.
There are NO bugs!! I hate bugs haha.

Please be able to prove employment and be a nice, clean person. Guy or girl doesn't matter.
The rent is $740 a month (pretty low for this area) + half of the utilities (usually not much).
First months rent and one months security deposit right away.
