I'm a bit of a work-a-holic so I'm not home very often. Also, my boyfriend lives in Boston so I often go there on the weekends. When I am in the city, I'm probably trying a new Classpass class or gallery hopping in Chelsea. I was a philosophy/psych double major at NYU, so I love art, coffee shops, reading, museums, etc.! I'm pretty easy going and I don't like a lot of drama or confrontation. People tell me I have a great sense of humor :)

I am looking for a non-crazy roommate to take over a room in a true 2 bedroom apartment in the East Village (only down-side is there is no living room, although to be honest I think this is better for everyone because it means no lingering guests).
Building is in prime East Village: 13th Street and Ave A right next to the Garrett East.
The room is large enough to accommodate a full size bed, a small desk, and a dresser. There's no closet space, but there's an IKEA PAX wardrobe outside in the kitchen area that you are welcome to use.
Rent is $1150 + utilities are around $100 per month, and I'll need first month + last month + security at move in (standard!).
ABOUT YOU:
-You MUST have a job and be able to show proof of income
-You're relatively quiet and respectful
-You're not crazy
-You're clean but not a neat freak (I'm not either)
-Prefer a female roommate
