The neighborhood and space are absolutely wonderful. We're about a 7-minute walk from the Carroll Street stop on the F/G and surrounded by tons of great amenities.

We have the top two floors of a brownstone, and the apartment is full of character. Spacious duplex with 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is used as guest room!), kitchen, large living room, one full bath, one half bath and a foyer.

The available bedroom is huge and has a (non-working) fireplace, built-in bookshelves, a walk-in closet, and two windows overlooking the street.

We really love our place, as it's a home. Our ideal roommate is someone open, friendly, courteous, clean/organized and willing to share costs for household supplies. We can't accommodate smoking, drugs, pets or frequent overnight guests.
