The price includes: A spacious one bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bath. You will have one assigned parking space. The garage is gated and on the first floor. The apartment is on the second floor near the elevator so moving should be easy.
The price does not include: Utilities: pg&e, water, trash, sewer, gas and cable. We split these evenly.
