I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2018, with concentrations in Business Analytics, Marketing, and Management as well as a minor in Psychology. Hi - we have a bedroom available in a flex 3BR. The room available for rent is the master bedroom, which has a private bathroom, built in closet space and ample light through the windows. Our apartment has an in-unit washer-dryer and dishwasher, while the building has a doorman, elevator, gym, lounge, and beautiful rooftop.
An ideal roommate would be a female professional in her early 20's - clean, communicative, friendly, and respectful of the other roommates. The other two occupants of this apartment are also females in their early 20's - while we love hanging out with each other, we also make sure to give each other our own space. We're okay with you having friends over occasionally, as long as you give us a heads up.
