Stuytown/East Village - Below market 12 month lease

Looking for 1 roommate to join a super spacious true 3-bedroom East Village (Stuy Town) apartment (~800 square feet). This will be for a 12 month lease starting July and the apt is located on 14th Street and Ave A.

We have been living in the apt for a year already and looking to renew our lease as one of our roommates is moving out of NYC. Rent is $1,620 (price includes electricity, in-room air conditioner, heat and water). We get huge preferential pricing for renewing our lease (15% below market rate and no security deposit needed) so this is a pretty unique and great deal.

As part of the Stuy Town complex, the apt is surrounded by TONS of greenery, basketball courts, and parks with no street noise. Room has huge double windows and tons of natural light - see picture for reference for current roommate's setup. Room furniture is not included but all the common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom) will be fully furnished.

Unit comes with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and in-building laundry room. Building is security card access only and has 2 elevators, with 1 mnt walk to the L train and 10 mnt walk to 4,5,6,N,Q,R at Union Square. There is a new Trader Joe's and Target opening on the same block by the time of move-in.

Both roommates are two years out of college and working in finance/consulting. We like to keep a very clean and non-smoking apartment (big priority) while maintaining the flexibility to invite friends over for a fun time once in a while. With interests in basketball, music and cooking, you'll often find us watching NBA games together/playing 2K on the Xbox, practicing music, and meal prepping on the weekends.
