Bedroom available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at 47th and 9th avenue. Move in date: ASAP. The room is $1200 a month and is available until September 2018. We will want first month and security deposit, and if you wanted to move out sooner than September just give us a months notice.

The bedroom is on the cozier side, but has a nice closet space and could fit a queen size mattress (if you get a small dresser). Has south facing window.

The apartment is an incredibly sunny unit with a skylight and plenty of south and west facing windows. Nice large kitchen (with dishwasher) and large living area, as well as two large bathrooms. It's a 5th floor walk up so only apply if you got the leg strength to match. We also have a cool rooftop area for when the weather gets better.

The roommates: we're 3 gay men in our late 20s, long term friends, and we're all from the midwest. We definitely are all on the clean side, and are friendly and social individuals. One of us has a plant addiction and another one has a tendency to play Nicki Minaj music videos from the living room tv when he's drunk, but besides that we're pretty chill guys.
