I have lived in the building for the past year and I love it. I am clean and try to keep minimal clutter in the apartment. I am always here during the week but tend to be gone around one weekend a month (more during the summer). I am not usually in the apartment during the day, during the week I tend to go to work and go to the gym and then sleep. I do like to cook (which is why I love the spacious kitchen with huge oven and a dishwasher)
